I've finally done it- given in. I watched the movie Monday and bought the first two books today. I haven't started reading yet but hope to soon. I know a lot of people who read the books and when the movie came out, were not impressed. I have to say that I enjoyed the movie- I mean it wasn't mind blowingly thought provoking but it was very entertaining. I'm anxious to dive in to the books.

ah, see. You need to read the book before the movie...just because your mind can kind of fill in all of the stuff they leave out. I know a lot of people thought the movie was really bad but it wasn't that bad if you had read the books. :) Enjoy!
I liked the movie. I know I should have read the book first. Now I think I may start with the second one since I just watched the movie Monday--- and read the first one later on. Have you read them all Karen?
Brett watched the movie at a friend's house. He did not read the book. (No surprise there) He thought the movie was really bad.
