Raspberry-Apple Nut Salad

4 slices bacon (you can use turkey bacon if you prefer)
1 bag baby veggie spring salad mix (such as Fresh Express from Kroger)
1 Gala or Golden Delicious apple cored and sliced
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup apple and cinnamon flavored glazed walnuts (such as Emerald brand)
1/3 cup raspberry vinaigrette

In a medium skillet cook bacon until crisp. Remove from pan and place on towel lined plate to cool
In a large salad bowl, combine greens, apple slices, raspberries and walnuts. Gently toss with dressing. Crumble bacon over salad and serve.
