Slow N Easy Chili

1 pound ground beef (I use turkey)
1- 28 ounce can diced tomatoes
1- 15 ounce can chili beans, undrained
1- 10.75 ounce can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1 large onion, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper chopped
2- 1.25 ounce packages chili seasoning mix (I use McCormicks)

Saute onion and pepper in olive oil until tender. Brown beef. Put in crockpot. Combine all other ingredients in crockpot and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, stirring occasionally.

oh yummy! Andrew and I were just saying tonight how we want to eat grilled cheese & chili after our long run tomorrow. maybe i'll make this!

Its been so cold- definitely chili weather! Its super easy to make- it may be about the easiest chili recipe I've ever made. I hope you guys like it!! At least it warmed up a little for you and Andrew's run this morning! I guess 30 degrees is better than 10!
